Francisco Cardona is the Founder and Managing Director of Premier Services, LLC, a Puerto Rico-based construction and project management company. He specializes in residential reconstruction, site development, and the execution of federally funded projects.
He holds a Master's degree in Administration, bringing a strong foundation in management, operations, and organizational leadership to project delivery. In addition, his experience as a real estate broker provides valuable insight into property valuation, market conditions, and investment potential in Puerto Rico.
Francisco is focused on operational efficiency, cost control, and reliable execution, positioning Premier Services as a trusted partner for developers, contractors, and U.S.-based firms operating in Puerto Rico.
Jiovan Cardona serves as the On-Site Project Manager at Premier Services, LLC, overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and according to plan.
He is responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, and maintaining quality control across all phases of construction. His hands-on approach and field experience play a critical role in keeping projects on track, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
Jiovan works closely with leadership and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, accountability, and consistent progress on every job site.
